How fast will my order be delivered?

How much is the shipping cost for online purchases?

The shipping cost is based on how much you order. The freight cost is 20% of the order value.

Why don't I get an order confirmation?

Order confirmation will automatically be sent to you to the email address you specified at the time of purchase. Check your email and spam. If you have not received any email, please contact us at customer service.

When will I receive my invoice?

All invoicing is done after the shipment of the goods. Invoice is sent either via email or mail depending on what has been specified. If you have not received your invoice within a few days please contact us at customer service.
